Don't you feel a breeze when you are driving around? lol
If the floorpan and rockers are rusted through, other areas like the rear wheel wells and spare tire well are also rotted. Best bet is to find a clean shell from down south and swap everything over. Not worth the hassle; I spent 100+ hours trying to repair similar rot before I just bought another shell. Your choice: countless hours of cutting, grinding, welding, fabing sheetmetal, or drop a grand on a rust free shell and spend a couple weekends painting and swapping everything over.
