get custom fabbed weld in cage. anything else is just half assed.

 

fdracer, it says you live in l.a. and I was wondering, is that LA as in Los Angeles? If so, do you know any places nearby where you can get a custom fabricated cage? Thanks.

There are speciality shops for this sort of thing. Mitch Piper of Piper Motorsports here in NoVa (used to be the engine builder for PFS) actually makes cars from the ground-up, does all sorts of fab work, makes and installs roll bars and cages, etc...be it bolt on, welded, custom, etc. He does A-1 work. Works on a hella lot of racecars, esp. RX7s and Miatas
