anyone know where to get some rivet on fender flares or "overfenders" for a third gen rx7? is there more than one style?

why would you want rivet on ones? you can just get some universal 1-2 inch or more rivet on ones those are the only ive ever seen.

because, imo rivet on fender flare (with the rivets exsposed) look really hardcore and give the car a more agressive look, while also giving room for a little more tire, and i would preffer this method over spending $10k+ on some ricey wide body

Maybe on a Hummer. Not on an FD.

I totally agree. The Pettit flares are nice except for those damn rivets. Anyone got some good links to good flares WITHOUT rivets? How about we post some pics of flares along with who manufactures them? Remember kids, rivets are for buildings!

And you got your answer.... Pettit has them they are exactly what you are looking for. No-one else state-side makes them that I've seen tho you can probably find any number of them if you talk to JA importers.

LOL. Damon, you kill me!

Yeah, i agree with most of the people here. The rivets make the flares look like an afterthought - as if someone said "of ****, the tires are too big, lets just bolt some fiberglass up there and no one will notice." Definately not a clean look, and I'm a fan of nice clean lines.

Here's another IMO for you guys: IMO, that pettit car would look much better if those flares were molded into the body instead of stuck on there like a piece of road debris.
