After sitting on my replica Carbonfiber MS hood and Sparco pins for 2 years.
I finally decided to mount them. I plan on getting it all painted same color,
but I figure before I take it to a shop, i would mess with it.. and
this is what i came up with.

Look Ok or is it to ricey?? IMO i think it looks ok..

car needs to be washed and i need springs. Which just arrived from Fritz.

personally i think it would of looked really good if you kept it carbon fiber or ONE color atleast.

 

I like It . On a white car that set up looks good .

 

Unfortunately.. I bought the hood used, it was already painted I.B.M.

And i hear once its painted, you can't ever go back to Carbon fiber..

 

I agree. The hood should just be once color.

 

Make it all white....that doesn't look too good IMO.

 

Where did you get your bumper from, and how is/was the fitment?

Its alright, but I agree with Narfle about it looking better if reversed

 

why can't you? It's just like any surface.

It'll dull the finish, and then you'll clear coat it a few times and it'll be fine.

Fix that hood and it would be one the the nicest looking white FDs I've ever seen.

 

sand out the paint and clear coat that shizznit....then find a cf trunk FTW!!!!!

If you need to ask if it looks ricey then you should sell it. Its what looks good to you that should count. Not to the general public. The general public is full of ****. Paint it neon green if you like that color. I never asked anyone what body mods I should get because I'm the one who has to live with them. Sometimes my tastes change but thats ok because I'm not looking for anyone's approval. Do what you think you should do.

If you throw on a CF hatch in the rear, it'll look sick But right now, although it looks good IMO, it kinda stands out too much. Not subtle. Wouldn't say it's ricey though...
