How do I use the rear wires to just wire in some stock 6x9s? I searched and didn't find much at all. I was wondering if I could use the stock Bose amp with the 6x9s somehow? Or shoudl I just bypass it and rewire the 6x9s with new wire?

IIRC, the stock BOSE head unit is not amped. Each BOSE speaker has it's own amp. You can replace the headunit and use the BOSE speakers, but I don't believe you can replace the speakers "only" and use the BOSE headunit (without some other amp source).

No no I have an after market head unit. I want to keep the front speakers for now, and use my pioneer unit and 2 6x9s in the back. I was wondering if I could use the stock wiring? I believe there is only one plug for the rear bose system right? there is also a small amp under the middle console and I was wondering what it went to?

You have to remember that this is the internet; we don't know exactly what's on your care unless you tell us.

I would not recommend using the stock wiring. If you want to try, you'll need to take a look through this thread:

just run 2 new wires. By the time you finish reading how to use the stock wiring...you could have finished running the new wire.
