Recently picked up an 82 Rx7 and it seems the interior isn't in the best of shape.

Anyway, the carpet in the back...hatch area..it's pretty much dead. heh. I think it's literally desintegrating. (if that makes sense to you all)

So, where's a good place to get new carpet? Or perhaps, should I do something creative and make something myself? lol

 

I got lucky @ the junkyard and found a great condition FC. I think we paid like $12. A little shampoo and it was as good as new.

 

Hmm..yeah, I was thinking about going to a junkyard. Though, here...I'm not too sure if I'll be able to find one. heh. I can look though.

 

BUY some carpet ,cut to shape ,have the edges bound, the binding I like is called surging, have the edges surged. I found only one place in Nashville that had a surging machine. so call around where you live.
