Repair 99 Spec lip?
I received a 99 spec lip with my 99 spec bumper, both used. The lip is cracked though, and I was wondering if anybody found an epoxy or glue that worked well to repair it. I'm not much worried about texture, as I will probably use the 3M DI-Noc carbon fiber wrap on it to make it look better and get rid of all the scuffs and scratches.
Would something like JB Weld work on this type of plastic?
In my searches, everybody just says to replace it, but since I want to wrap it anyway, I figure its worth asking if anybody knows what works first.
Thanks!

i forgot what its called but its a powder and liquid mix... people have been using it to repair the tabs on the back of their gauge hoods... its a chemical that becomes plastic... if you search you may find it.. i cant remember the name of it off the top of my head....
Throw a layer of fiberglass over it, then a layer of bondo, sand down and paint. To easy.
I changed my Center console on my last FD from
THIS

To THIS with Fiberglass

Heres a pic before I painted it.
