Removing Cigarette Smoke Odor?

The previous owner of my car was a cigarette smoker. I've washed down all interior surfaces with soap and warm water. The cigarette smoke odor remaining in the car is still very noticeable. If there is anyone who has had success removing cigarette smoke odors inside their car, I would welcome any and all suggestions you have.

Get an upholstery cleaner that doesnt make a ton of foam or discolor anything. Then spray it into the head liner and then blow it out with an air gun. This will remove alot of the smells from the car. Also some detail shops have ozone machines they will put in your car for a few hours to help remove any smells.

Also my mom has this "Little Green Machine" that she gave me for doing this, its a small vaccum thing that sucks up water, just before you take a rag and rub in soap. Let it sit. Then vaccum it. Overall the machine is fantastic.
