Those pop up on Ebay all the time for $45 or so. That's probably pretty close to as cheap as it gets.

For reference, they went for 2350 yen ex-Japan a couple of years back and if you can be bothered trawling Yahoo, appear quite frequently cheaper than that. A bit of BS salesmanship in that original link too!
