Recomment me some paint for interior plastics

Alright, so hopefully most have you seen then vert in Import Tuner (http://www.importtuner.com/toc/). The interior has inspired me to do some interior mods of my own... like painting the plastics. Does any one have any suggestions for good paint to use that won't flake off or chip?

Oh... and anyone know what lip/body kit that car has on it?

the dash, i used a Flat black with UV protection.. House of colors " Krylon " then used a semi gloss clear coat to make it shine as if it had perpetual armor all..

the red is from house of colors. with a hot ice pearl. to make this effect, i saturated the parts with black, then sprayed red. while the paint was all wet, i applyed a seran wrap plastic on it and with my finger i made the disigns. when you peel off the ceran wrap, the color will be intwined, once it dried, i sprayed clear coat with the hot ice pearl to make the flake effect..
