Is it the tint coming off of a 93? Anything I can do to fix the problem.? Looks kinda like it is blue/clear mottling.

Is "mottling" that cloudy, patchy, hazy look that the rear glass gets sometimes? If so, I wanna know what to do as well. I've noticed it seems to be worse on days that are really hot. Opening the sunroof just a crack seems to help, but I get nervous leaving the car alone like that

Mottling is spots or blotches of different shades or colors

The diff colors are really just a clear and then a bluish/grey smokey color.

And you may be right...mine may be worse on hot days as well...
