Who makes the fiberglass replica light kit that was on ebay it went for like 150 or somethin like that without the lights and lexan cover

No it's not Turbo'd
It's just the fibreglass housings/mounting brackets, for the kit. No brackets for lights or anything else...
I'd say if you really only wanted those you might be able to convince chuck@rotaryextreme to sell some housings to you...
And the only thing close to '99 wing is the Racing Beat one, or the one with the carbonfibre wing. RB is significantly cheaper, and I'm unshure about the carbonfibre thing...
