Re Amemiya Gt II Wing... pics please

I'm looking to buy a RE Amemiya Gt II wing. I need some info on anyone who has one or who has pictures. Carbon fiber or Fiberglass... it doesn't matter. Thanks for the help.

Not too many people have it. So far I only sold less than 5.

If you want it, I have one coming in 2-3 weeks.

It's tall, almost at roof heigh. It's also as big as a surfboard. On the RE Amemiya GT300 car, they even make a different stand to extend the wing above roof height. The wing is for racing purpose. It does generate downforce. I peronsonally took my car to 170+mph to test it out. The car is much more stable at high speed vs no wing.

The one from RE Ameiya is about $1650 for the carbon fiber one and $1350 for the fiberglass one. The one for the FC is slightly cheaper.

There are cheaper wings out there that look like the RE one but not exactly the same shape. If you are looking for just the style, you can buy a cheap one for about $500 or something. If you are looking for race proven products and don't mind paying premium price, go with the RE Amemiya one.

I personally will not put on a wing that's not functional so I went with the RE Amemiya one.

wow, i've been noticing that lots of parts (engine and style wise) on the FD are real expensive. whats teh main reason for this? is it because of parts being bought and shipped from japan or is it because of the FD being a highend sports car and just having high priced parts?

RE Amemiya stuff is not cheap, even for FC. It's already expensive to begin with. Plus shipping from Japan makes it even less affordable. Why did you think I only sold less than 5 of them?

lol, thats what i kinda figured. well i believe in "you get what you pay for" so expensive is better in MOST cases. i'd much rather put something functional (like the spoiler) on my car then put something that doesn't serve a purpose at all on it.
