Racing Beat Front Dam
I'm considering buying this item. I have pic of the installed unit. Does anyone have a pic of the Front Dam before they installed it, that they can post?
Also, how easy or difficult was it to install?

i have it and really dont like it. Perhaps if it was molded in i might like it more.

just so i make it clear, your talking about the front air dam and not the chin spoiler on racing beats website, right? i have the front air dam and i really like it. i don't have any pictures, but i can tell you that its really easy to install. the air dam is perfectly molded to fit the front of a fd. and all i did to put it on was place two pop rivets at each end (in front of the tire) to hold it to the bumper of the car.

thanks mahjik, i'm talking about the second pic, the air dam. there's really no photos to show before the install. the air dam fits nicely over the existing bumper.

the 2 nd one is mine...i dont like it. The molding i was refering to is on the side of front fenders where the spoiler meets the bumber...if it was blended in it would be better

I ordered it and had to have the first one replaced because when the body shop was preping it to paint the fiberglass starting coming apart. the spoiler fits over the lower front of the stock unit like a sleeve. It is not a perfect fit and requires some heating and stretching to make it fit,but it looks cool.

Thanks guys. Yes, I'm intersted in the Front Dam not the chin spoiler.
I'm not sure if I want to heat it to install it. I agree that the fit, on the edges could be smoother.
