Basically, I want to install my Zune into my FD's ashtray (people shouldn't be allowed to smoke in a car are pretty as these anyways). I want audio output, & charging capabilities, without having to use the 1/8" RCA port (there isn't enough room to use both the audio port & the charging port on the Zune).

So if anyone has this Zune Dock, could you please let me know how much you think is inside? Is it fairly heavy? I think I'll have to hack the Dock up in order to get it to fit where I want it... so possibly cut the front part off (where the Zune logo is).

So if anyone has a broken one... or has ever opened one up... or knows what they look like inside... PLEASE let me know.

I have one and it is heavy because it is weighted. I'm not opening it up though, sorry.
