They are not to bad. I put one in a friends car a while back and there weren't any issues. It is one of the few non DEI (viper, sidewidner, python, anything with snake name), and audiovox alarms that wasnt a complete waste of time. I still prefer DEI or Audiovox, but in all honesty its only because those are the only wire colors I memorized so I didnt need too look at an install manual.
