Just picked it up today. The ignition relay, starter relay and ignition wiring were toast. All fixed now. Stock battery location. I bought the pettit starter because I was having the 3 click problem, but that fixed it.

No idea what color I am going with, maybe the shift red from the r6/r1 or maybe rosso metis from the 04 gallardo. I believe the one outside shine is candy apple red, the color is posted in shines burnout thread.

It seems like you're taking a similar route to the one I'm taking with my FD...

I'm goin with the Feed front bumper, sides and hood, Ganador or Craftsquare mirrors (undecided) and a rear diffuser of sorts...

I'm rolling on a set of Volk GT-Cs 18x9 and 18x10 though....I dig the 5 spoke look.

Wait, you have to sell the Amuse Exhaust already? Didn't you JUST get it? Why do you need to sell it?

Need the funds for this project and to pay a couple repair bills(surprise, surprise). I WILL have another one in the near future. Unfortunately it is not the right time. By far the most beautiful exhaust I have ever seen. The fs thread should be up soon, depends when the mods get to it i guess. Also put up a feed downpipe for sale too.

Similar, just different mirrors, hood and fenders. I love how subtle and clean it looks. I have seen the Craftsquare mirrors in person and IMO I think they look tacky. Ganador>Craftsquare, and in that regard, re-amemiya super mirror > ganador > craftsquare . Don't forget on the ganador mirrors, since they are made for a RHD drive car, the right side mirror is completely useless. Mine will be up for sale in the next few weeks for 250ish.

5 SPOKE FTW. HRE 545 are my next set of wheels.

The amuse exhaust is not for sale anymore, will be in the future though. The ARC exhaust I just got is for sale, I plan on getting one in the future as it is BEAUTIFUL beyond description, but just need the funds right now.

Seems like the craftsquare mirrors mount via the small triangular plastic piece near the factory mirrors, thus exposing the stock mirror mounting holes when you remove them. Ganador mounts up via factory holes, which is a bonus in my book when comparing them.

Craftsquare mirrors attach to the stock holes:

Ganador mirrors attach via the stock holes and double sided tap to the triangle.

Project has come to a halt, all my money is tied up in rx7 parts from Japan that people are asking for. I am still waiting on my mazda speed r-spec front bumper, might sell it or keep it. Authentic 99 tails coming next week for my car, 7lust conversion tails will be for sale.

Here is whats left for the exterior build:
FRP ad9 hood
Re-amemiya mirrors
FEED turn signal covers
maybe mazda speed r spec front bumper?
hre wheels

You should order the RE-A stuff this 7 stock when they come here. They usually do free shipping.

Makes it easier.

Good to know. Just save up and find some used 19s or 18s you wanted.

My friend in japan with an R33 GTR was selling a perfect set 18 x 10? or 11? all around set in gold for under 3000 USD so they exist.

Edit: look what i found (examples).

Can you post some pictures? I changed my mind (surprise), and I am going to do silver 19" bbs lm (more money than I thought, compared to the 18's) with red center caps and red bbs lugs. Have only seen a few 18" bbs lm's on fd's, but never 19", the 19's make the spokes much more "full" and proportionate, the step-lip should help make the wheel appear smaller than a typical 19" too..

I have the Craftsquare mirrors that mount to the triangles, they are well constructed. One thing that you should consider with all your twin weave carbon, is that they only come in the jdm 1x1 weave. You could have them rewrapped or painted though, extra expense on already expensive parts. The doors do look better with mirrors mounted to the triangles. Too bad nobody makes mirrors that mount higher on the doors like on the Furai or Testarossa.

lol, yah they are work vs-xx. They work rs lug nuts tend to photograph pinkish, but they are actually a light red color, and at the time I thought $120 was a lot to drop on lug nuts.

Going to run me close to $350 to pick these up

identical to this setup with red centercaps and red bbs lugs.

I personally think that 18s look just right on a FD. I've yet to see 19s that looked GREAT on a 7, they look just a bit off. Just my opinion, heck if you go in that direction you might save yourself a few bucks.

Couple things to remember here:
1. Since the bbs lm has a step lip, visually the wheel looks smaller than it is, specifically on mesh wheels. I feel like my 18" work vs-xx look like they are 17", which IMO is due to the mesh design, as a 5 spoke 18" looks 18".
2. a 265/30/19 and a 265/35/18 have the same tire diamaeter, so the car is not going to be sitting any higher than it would on my current wheels. Plus I have suspension coming in soon.
3. Re-sale on 19" bbs lm is great, I will probably make money if I had to re-sell them, so if they are too big I will just sell them.
4. I think the 18" bbs lm wheel just is not full enough, and looks really small, but IMO the 19" looks 100x better. The problem is, you guys here 19" wheels and you starting running, which would be understandable if it were a track car.
5. One of my last sets of wheels were 19" Advan Sienna Generation 2, the bbs lm's will look smaller, so I think it will be just right.

19's here:
