Problem with removal of Bose

I have the DIN removal tool, but I am unable to pull the Bose out. Is there an order like CD then tape? I can't get the CD to come out and the tape comes out 1/4" but won't come out anymore. Do I need to remove the A/C panel?

Remove the center arm rest console area.
Then remove the AC console area.

After that is out, then you can easily put your hand behind the radio and push it out.

Once inserting the Din Removal tool on each side, try pushing them both inward or outward, get a nice grip and then slowly pull it out.

I can't get a good grip because the right side of the CD player is cracked from using a clothes hanger. The radio/tape is not cracked but only pulls out 1/4". Should I just pull as hard as I can on the radio/tape? I don't want to break any wires or damage anything else.

I was able to take the face plate off ot the CD Player and I discovered the clips on the right side were broken. The clips on the left are still intact, but when I looked for any remain of the clips on the right I couldn't find any. How exactly are the clips attached to the CD Player?
