I'd love to post some recent pics of mine since I just added feed sideskirts and a face lift to it (updated the stock bumper - not 99 spec)
Due to the hurricane, the tech support guys at gateway just couldn't finish up repairing my laptop before they left Houston. They really need to get their priorities in line! Hopefully it'll be back soon, I really want to show off the new look...

Thought i'd post it for ya. Looks nice man, but IMO, it needs some kind of lip. That little 1 inch thing isn't workin. Just my thoughts, but anyways, the car looks great. What kind of wheels are those?

well, thanks for the kind words and opinion, but i'm a step or two ahead of you. that picture was taken about 6 months ago, its getting the full KS burnout kit, new paint and new wheels over the winter. just finishing up another little project on it. here's a pic of it as of 3 weeks ago. as you can see, my front bumper and fenders are already gone. i've just got a few brackets to make, and i'm STILL waiting on my turbo kit from a-spec (ordered it months ago). i should be done and on to body stuff in a month. i was trying to make it to 7stock, but i'd rather do stuff right. i'm a fan of getting the GO before the SHOW. i think i'll have plenty of GO now, so its time to redo the interior and exterior.
the wheels are MAS Italy Presidents. 17x8 and 17x9.5

Hey man, i'm a fan of a lot of go before show too, i was just giving an idea. I highly doubt a lip classifies you as someone who likes looks better than performance, just something that looks good with the car. Little did i know i had a 20B project in the workings.

Anyways, good luck with that man and keep us updated with the progress of it. It's always good to see someone go through the hardwork and do things right. What turbo did you order for it? I cant wait to see what that thing looks like when its done. Great work so far and good luck with getting that done.

yeah, i looked around for an R1 lip for a while, but didn't like how it looked on the white, so i just painted the stock touring lip. i really am a fan of the stock lines, so i waited to do the exterior til last. most body kits out there now days are a little much for me on a street car. if its a track car, then its function over form, and i'm ending up with the MS GTC kit (replica, no sense in paying mucho $$ for something that's gonna get beat up) on my track car, mainly for the large ducting in the front bumper.
as far as a clean, good looking kit for the street with good lines, no crazy, sharp, or weird angles, the burnout is my favorite. plus i will need the flares on the rear for traction's sake.
the turbo i have on order from sean is the GT42R. 1.15 hotside so it'll spool like an rx6 on a two rotor. should be fun
