haha oh man... i was just about to bring this thread back from the dead, even if it was years old... just to compliment you on how sweet your CYM looked with stock body and painted wheels! but alas!

oddly enough i have a little jada toys diecast intial D fd right in front of me on my keyboard... and earlier today i pulled the wing off and colored the wheels black. it's fate my man!

their actually MS-02. MS-01 is a five spoke wheel. heres some pix, looks terrible at stock ride height.

you have to be a true enthusiast of FD to love these wheels. To fully appreciate the history of them, why and how they were made and where they came from. I aim for the purest rotary feel. It dosent surprise me that many people hate them, good for you guys since its not your car.

To each their own. I personally find them distasteful, though someone else might find it appealing. Nice car though, it does stand out with those rims too!

These wheels remind me of the movie "Gladiator"....You know where they are fighting in the colleseum and the charriots have those wheels that have a little protruding knife or something and it whacks peoples legs off...Anyway, just sharing a random thought.

I am also interested. With the centers black I think they could look cool. Also I am sure they look much better in person, do to the loss of depth in a photo.
