Thanks battyboy, and thanks for the correction. It is arriving in Aus on 17-11-05, and then will spend sbout 2 weeks being complianced, and then ill drive it across australia to perth. do you get many fds over in nz. i understand that your rego laws are a little looser then ours. what is your fd? the one i have ordered has 28,000 km on it! there is one for sale almost identical in a yard in sydney, and it is $13k more than i have paid for mine. it is a bathurst in yellow, much same km and rims, and mods. how much are they goimng for in NZ?

I have a 02 type R Bathurst which is a later release but doesn't have some of the interior dress up parts that yours has. Mine wasn't available in the Sunburst yellow either. - http://www.mazda.com/publicity/relea...112/1210e.html
Series 8s tend to go from about $30k - $55k here. (NZ dollars)

WOW! I'm honored to see my cars are on here.
Unforunately, I no longer have that black 99 bumper. I traded for something different. That bumper was one of the first to be imported into the states. It was originally owned by Peter Friedland who imported from Japan but his body shop couldn't match the color of his FD built by famous (infamous) Peter Farrell.
After holding on to the bumper for like 2 years, I finally installed it. Far as I know, I was one of the first to install 99 bumper with a front mount (greddy). Also, one of the few to have complete 99 with all the assessories (brake ducts, underbelly, rebar, etc).
Anyhow, my blk fd will look slightly different with some new body parts!
