i'm sure that everyone has their own prefrences regarding what they want their kit to look like but to me there is no debate when it comes to how nice joe's car is.

You are bashing, ive already won two shows in boston with the car setup as it is. The color isnt stock vintage red, the interior is completely customized now, the car is over 400rwhp at 14psi, etc. And because you dont like the kit or rims doesnt mean they are cheap. The NZO's dont weigh a ton, werent expensive, i got them wrapped in avs rubber and i was good to go. Unless you have something major done to your car you should not be one to talk. Ive yet to get **** for my car with anyone that has seen it in person. But yet again, on here its different. No biggie, I can deal. It may be a public forum but you dont have to be a complete *** about **** because your opinion of what you like isnt met.

 

BTW, I didnt mean to come off like an *******, but I dont bash anyone elses car in here. I just dont do it, I feel that if someone has put work and effort into the car then the least someone can do is be nice about it, not try to bash for no reason other then self gratification

i'm thinking the reason the kit looks nicer on the bomex FD w/ the iowa plates is because it's a lot lower than your car...if u dropped the front another inch it would be $$...

look at the photos named when I got it, and see if all I did was slap a body kit on, then you can see why i got upset (which I apologize for), the dash and engine bay was just as bad as well. All work was done with my own two hands

I don't know about NJ, but here in VA, seeing an FD on the street is a rare (as in maybe once a year) event, and I have never seen one with a bodykit, C-West or otherwise. Definitely not played out in this area.

 

Ditto, man! I have seen ONE FC3S in my entire area... never an FB, never an FD, only one FC.... kind of sad... but that's the reason i want an FD, no one here has one, so no one here can copy me! hehehe (7 Celica's in my area have the SAME bodykit and exhaust! THAT is what i call played out!)

as far as kits, i don't know, i think the veilside isn't that nice, but i did at one time. i like the silver one that they have shown here. as far as the white one, with the darkened turns, i'm not crazy about it, i think it kills the front end. just my .02

 

oh, and i have never seen an fd, or fc, or fb, nothing. so any sighting would be almsot heart stopping, but then again, i basically live in antarctica, well, close enough anyways, SD. want one so bad.......anyone up for a donation?
