Pinstripes grrr!
You may wish to use a hair dryer and see if you can heat them slightly, too loosen them to peal off.
If the adhesive is too worn out, then you may need to carefully use a razor blade and slice it off, then polish and wax.
The paint may also not be faded under the tape, so you may find once you remove the pin stripe, that the cars paint color may be slighty darker under where the tape was.

no no no.... get a heat gun (better than a hair dryer), and a PLASTIC razor blade (identical to a standard razor blade except plastic). start at the end of the stripe and slowly move the gun down the strip as u use the blade to get between the paint and the pinstripe. once u get it started peel using fingers while simultaneously heating the pinstripe that is ahead of you. i did this on my girlfriends lexus two weeks ago. took about 10 minutes. once u are done there might be some leftover adhesive on the paint, just buff it off with a very fine abrasive such as 3M Finish Restorer.
