pinched body panel repair question

Well i removed the veilside sides that were on the car and they revealed body damage not mentioned by the previous owner when sold to me. oh well.

It really isn't that bad I don't think, but I am not a metal guy so I am asking for opinions. Worst case is I will put on some OEM skirts, but i still need to pull the crease out to mount them.

Ideas on how to pull the crease please. I am thinking of putting screws in the center, heating then pulling it out. Is there a better way without access to a dent puller/welder gun thing. OR Do i cut it at the crease, pull it back then weld it back together..?
Thanks, Dave Here are a couple pics...all the scratches on the lowers is from me scraping off the adhesive tape. that **** was impressive.!
