I just got my r1 strut bar off ebay and it has a couple scratches (as advertised) so I'm thinking about repainting it red or black. Does anybody have pictures of a black oem strut bar?

 

 

chrome the ends & powdercoat it to match the car

I stripped off all the paint the other day, I'm sort of considering shining it up and leaving it unpainted, but I don't want to polish everything in the engine bay so it might look weird on a black car.

 

jayk---Neither of those pics above are an ORIGINAL Black Strut tower bar, but I think they made the point..
