I'm looking to redo my system in my car and want some ideas. If any of you have a really nice sytem out there please post some pics and list your equipment. I particularly interested in subs and door speakers. Thanks.

 

sorry no pics (this system was stolen a week after install)
i had a sony xplod cd player (52x4) and 12 disc changer, focal 4' componants up front with the tweeters on the dash (they left the tweeters but took the speakers and crossovers!), pioneer 8' speakers in the back (got them from e-bay), and 2 12' Kicker L7s Solo-Barics, powered by a clarion amp...the system costed me 1700$ canadian, and autopac will only give me 1200$.
but she sure did sound great!!!! i really reccommend those focal components up front, they make those 4' stock locations sound like door speakers.
good luck on your install and always remember not to go to parties in the rough end of town, you might return to your parking space to find nothing but a few wire strippings
