Question pics of painted r1/r2 lips

I have been searching the forum for an hour, but none of the pics are showing anymore. I want to know what it would look like. VR if posible but any pics will do.

damn that looks nice. I'm thinking about doing that but also add some sideskirts and have the racingbeat type II wing. thanks for the quick response.

Question: How do you paint the plastic lip and have it last? Wouldn't the paint flake off the plastic?

I love the look but have struggled with this.

I had that look minus the sideskirts. This is what my car looks like now. I have a painted 99spec lip now, but used to have a painted R1 as well.

IMO, paint durability on these lips is out of the question. Even w/ a flex additive and being as careful as you can be, you're still going to scrub somewhere (steep driveways, parking berms, etc.), and take off some paint.

Still have the question: how did you paint it? did you take it to a paint shop or do it yourself? with what was it painted?
