Yes, the wing is a little much for the street. However, it's not completely "for looks":

Actually, for me, my car is on the track these days more than it's on the street. While I don't have that wing, I wing that does provide downforce would be most welcome (see avatar).

While you don't see a purpose for it, there is and it's extremely functional.

I'm gonna have to check it out when I go back to Taipei to visit. I was thinking about getting one of Chuck's kits but I'm not sure I'm ready to embezzle that kind of cash in the body work and big wheels and tires that will have to go with it. It is pretty hot though. I think color makes a huge difference with all of that. White FD's are just impossible to be left without compliment unless they're abused. I'm afraid that one from RE is not.

This kit looks awesome on the track prepped car. But it is just too much show for the street. And it completely destroys the nice FD curves.

It looks awesome from front, but from any other angle its... i'm out of words

Bah, I guess Im the only one that likes it. Just not the chrome rims tho, and maybe the wing. But I dont really know anything about these cars anyways :p
