i tried to search for this, but 99 is too short to search for, along with the other requirements...
does anyone have pics of a black, wingless FD, with a 99 lip? thanks!

you meant the R1 lip. I don't like 99 lips on the 93-98 because it's just different and they hang off the sides. They just don't fit. But now that I have a 99 front bumper I can get a 99 lip, mwahahaha!
