You haven't found any pics with the knight sport hood? That hood has been around for many many years

i forgot who made it so i was having trouble searching

thank you for the photo. i was wondering if anyone had a pic of it on a silver FD...

if not that's OK because i'll have photos of it on my own car within a week. lol

Wrong section...but go into the for sale section and find fastcarfreaks post about his t78 FD for sale, he has the knighsport hood.

Ive seen it on a silver Fd looks good, but fitment on it was ***, this might be a isolated incident though cause the above pics look like they have great fitment.

i had a VIS hood on my last FD and the fit was great. that's why i got the VIS one again...just got the "knight sports" style one off ebay...

hood & pins came yesterday

the quality of the hood is very nice. it looks great and the clear coat is super smooth

the fit isn't so great though. the hood seems to be a little warped. spacing is nice all around, but the front passenger corner wants to sit a little low

after installing the hood pins it aligns almost perfect. i still just need to raise the front hood bumpers a little bit to make the hood flush with the front bumper. also, we had to slightly lower the hood latch because the hood sat slightly above the front bumper.

It looks a bit off from where the bumper meets the front of the hood, but nothing major, other than that it looks like it fits pretty good. Are you going to paint it?
