Pic request. FD3s with Duplicolor Hot Tires paint.
Has anyone ever used this type of stuff on their tires? It's basically like a writing pen , just with paint. Comes in yellow, red or white. I had a 1500 C-series Silverado, 5 years ago, with this stuff on some Tiger Paw tires and it looked pretty good on a black truck.

Requesting pics of it on an FD. I'm wondering how tasteful/tasteless it would look.

Haha, or I could just paint the whole sidewall white and they'd be whitewalls, I'd be that much closer to owning Lightning McQueen, no but seriously, nobody's ever done this with an FD? I personally like the standout look of performance tires with the bold, colored lettering. Just testing the waters, that's all.

At first I thought it was a dumb idea, but the more I see pictures of it, the more I like it. I think it'd look pretty slick on some Hoosiers or something. Carry on.
Go ahead and try it. You can [ always | probably | maybe ] remove it if you change your mind. If it turns out bad, just remember that it will never be as bad as the guy that lost four wheels
One of my friend loved his bridgestones so much he used a testros model paint pen to fill in the letters. Needless to say, he was a character. They held up pretty good, he only had to touch them up every couple of months.
Now putting them on a FD? They would look better on a jeep or something. But, to each his own.
