Try cutting out the image (sans tires, etc.), greyscale it, inverse the color/layer, adjust levels (mid tones) and overlay it. That should be the bulk of what I would do. I'm just too lazy to spend the time to do that.

The roof got jacked and there's some white where there shouldn't be, but most of it is there!
