Try cutting out the image (sans tires, etc.), greyscale it, inverse the color/layer, adjust levels (mid tones) and overlay it. That should be the bulk of what I would do. I'm just too lazy to spend the time to do that.

those are matte black put some photoshop clearcoat on

 

If I knew how to do that I would...never found out how (I'm a self-taught PS junkie)
