Painting Interior Pieces

My radio, dash, shifter console and door trim panels are scratched and chipped. I would like to remove the old coating and repaint them. I'm not sure how to remove them, how to remove the coating nor what paint to use to refinish them. Can anyone give me any help/pointers?

My method of painting the panels may be a bit different than the above link, but there are some pics I took of my finished job in this old thread I made. https://www.rx7club.com/forum/showth...light=interior
