Hey guys had a question about paint. The other day while I was driving I saw a police car and it had reflective lines on it. They were a dark blue and as light hit them they turned bright metallic blue. Do they have or can you do this on the entire car? Maybe a grey into silver? Has anyone seen anything like this? Thanks

It's VYNIL...as in plastic type, adhesive sticker.
