i'm not sure on how to lay down the coats this what i think i have to do please correct me if i'm wrong. i want a white base with blue pearl.

-lay my base coat
-lay clearcoat with pearl in it (how many coats?)
-lay just clear

also how much pearl to clear do i mix?
