I've got an 88 convertible w/ the original 80's cd player stereo. I'm wanting to hook up my new pioneer stereo instead, but i don't have enough knowledge on how the original amps and center console controls are connected. If anyone's gone thru this please let me know. Thanks!

 

I just ran new wires, and chucked all the amps. The car no longer had headrest speakers (seats from a gtu were added) and 30 year old wiring is less than desirable anyhow.
