ok, maybe one of you can help me with my radio

. The damn radio seems to be broken...i'm no expert when it comes to audio so i don't know what it's doing. Basically when i power it on it just turns on and off really quick over and over again. After this happens it wont let me power it off or do anything ...only way to turn it off is to unplug it from the back. thanks in advance.

You can check the fuse. Power could be pulsing past a blown fuse causing to go on and off like that.

the fuse that's on the radio? i checked it ( a 10 really small one ) and it's not blown anymore ideas?
