OEM Mazda Headunit? for FD
So I want to replace my dad's FD headunit for a newer single din CD/MP3 head unit.
I am hoping to find something that has amber backlight buttons and LCD display.
He picked up some plain CD headunit from Seven stock a few year ago. But it is green back lit and doesnt play MP3 CDs.
Any recommendations?

Nakamichi cd500 plays mp3s But it cost $550 on ebay. I have the cd400 which is the same as the 500 except for the mp3.
It has amber lights and is the best sounding cd player for the money. Or find a stock cd player and get it repaired at United Radio. That's what I have in my fd. Ran an amp thru the stocker and it sounds great and never skips.
No mp3 player but it can be done. Run the amp thru an Audiocontrol unit which will allow an mp3 player.
