Oem Front or "Updated look" You Decide

Hey everyone, I was really thinking about a front bumper but I am having problems. I think the oem really matches the body lines and fits in really well. It still looks "updated" IMO and looks really nice with the car. The other body kits with different turn signals...etc ...they look nice too...I was wondering if anybody has had any personal experience and seen the "updated looks of the Rx7 and can honestly say it is better looking than the stock look and fits in really well. Do those turn signal look better than stock ones? and do those bumpers fit in pretty well? Thank you all.

this is a completly opinionated question. its like saying does blue look better than red. the only way for you to come to an answer is to form your own opinion. some people will say stock is best, some will say that aftermarket is best while, some will say that the newer 99 spec is the best. i think just look at everything and then what ever looks the best TO YOU is the one to buy. i mean if everybody told you to buy a set of 12 inch by 5 inch wheels cause it looks the best would you do it???? as far as fitment is concerned. the new 99 style bumper will fit great as long as you get an original bumper. some companies are known to have bad fitment...ie vielside. while others that make replicas bumpers make an awesome product...ie rotaryextreme. if you are just planning on doing the front bumper then i would just get the newer style rx7 bumper.

I know its everyones own opinion but the majority of the members of the forum have got good taste....thats why they picked the 7!! But yea, to each their own. I think the new turn signals look a little odd..but at the same time looks nice arghh so hard deciding!. got pics of both?

Well, I for one don't like the '99 spec front turning lamps. If I ever did switch front ends, I would definitely get one that uses the older turning lamps.

However, I still prefer the stock front with a lip or chin spoiler.

My conclusion as well, after months of agonizing over this very same question. (Well, not really agonizing...but I did lose a little sleep as visions of ill fitting cheap *** fiberlgass replicas danced through my head)
