happened awhile ago, but i removed the cd player part of the stock stereo (non-bose) to put in a tray to hold my defi link unit. and now when i turn on the stock headunit the antenna goes up but i don't get any sound/noise/static coming from my speakers. only when i turn the unit off does it make a sharp beep. i can change FM/AM stations but no sound. any ideas?

oh and that day i installed my boost gauge and boost controller.
