I bet that 4rotor is so fast that it just rips that ugly body right off leaving a perfectly fine stock bodied FD doing 220 MPH...

They also could use a toque brace

That front end definitely does not flow with the rest of the car, but it's no that bad over all. They need to either stick with crisp lines (modern) or smooth lines (90's styling).
The four rotor engine certainly helps.

Honestly i think the problem here is the hatch, the lines more or less work, and it looks nearly like an oem product... I wouldn't mind buying it but i doubt I would get it for 5k.

Scoot makes it? Hmm.

The Scoot's car appeared in the Japanese version of
sevenstock on 07/06/03 at Fuji circuit.

I saw the car and I heard the exhaust note of 4 rotors!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It was the most glamorous but wildest sound I've ever
heard. Gee, that was awesome.

Sadly, the car wasn't quite ready for the event.
It wasn’t even painted. As you can see in the pictures,
many many people were looking forward to seeing the
new FD from Scoot at the event. It had been
announced on a Japanese car magazine(Option).
So, even though their job was half way down, they had
to bring the car to the event to satisfy the people who
came all the way from nowhere to see their car.

Scoot said that they rushed very much to made the gig
so that the car is a sort of prototype. But whatever
they said, they were showing off the innovative things
they have done including the 4 rotors baby. We can
expect more improvement in detail, especially to the
exterior and interior.

Scoot also mentioned that they are gonna sell the
headlight kit and exterior kit. But I don't know when
and how much those are going to be............

Well, unless our buddy Jimlab finishes his set soon, i'll wait on these headlights... its the most finished, factory-liiking set i'ce seen... and with the indicators built in, you could convert your turn signal holes into intakes!

The back is really the only part they comletely F'd up on. I would prefer a nicer front end as well, but the rest of the car is not bad at all. The engine also needs a deeper sound to it, as it sounds horrible as it is. Either way, I'm impressed that they fit a 4-rotor in their.

I love how most everyone is tearing up the design. You know all of you would be wetting your panties to just get a ride.

It's original, and with the 4-rotor probably pretty damn fast. How many HPs is that pushing? I didn't hear or see a turbo, so it's NA? The rear kind of reminds me of an Acura CL, but the front isn't too bad. Headlights remind me of a mix between the new NSX and a Ferrari 360. I don't think it's crap, but it's definitely unique.

The lights aren't that bad people. Looks like the MazdaSpeed ones.

Everyone goes crazy over C-West, when they are alot more ugly than these lights.

Plus they probably didn't want the car too look like everyone elses FD's.

But, the engine? Oh man sounds awesome and looks great. I wonder how much power its making?

its grown on me a bit, from the front it actually looks like a 7, its really nice, but when you see it from the side and back, the back just looks wrong, its not an fd anymore lol.

its like they've tried to cleave an f50 rear in there with some other lights. so the back is fugly and the front is nice!

hope they realease the front headlights, very very nice
