Thanks man. I tell you pictures do not do any justice to this interior. I found myslef just staring at the car in front of my house a few times ever since I got the car back from the upholsterer!

Ditto Martin. Does the top just sit on the top of your back seat??? I can see the Targa portion would just hang in front of the back of the seat. But what about the folding part????

The job is really really really good. Let me know if you do this for a living and how much it would cost to do just a matching back seat for my vert.

Do you need some headlight motors? It looks like yours are broken real bad. Making the car look bad. The interior is...uhm.....unique?

Wow, you can do my interior anytime. A slightly different color scheme though but overall it looks fantastic.

badass man, I'd have to say that is one nice convertible. Do you actually use the back seats, like do you have friends small enough to fit back there?

That is a really nice job. I've always wanted to see someone (try at least to) put rear seats in a vert. I am also ver curious of how functional the top is now.

Excellent work.

Guys, Why do you bag??? I mean it doesn't matter if anyone sits back there or not. It looks better than the platform I have in mine!!! The platform is only there ot cover the spare tire. I have small kids that could easily fit in the back of his vert. I have seen a lot of people taking small kids around in the back of a king cab truck where they have sit sideways to fit.........and their fine. I hate only having two seats and I think the colors are great. Very retro with the red and tan.

If you disagree try to disagree without the flames=discussion.......wow a discussion what a concept (for those literal tpes I just contradicted myself)

Your car looks great man, I would like to know where you got it done and how much you paid, if you don't mind me asking of course. A matching e-brake cover/boot might look nice.

It's still badass even if their too small to sit back there. I'd love to get some rear seats to put in my vert, it definitly looks better than the rear platform I think. Come across two petite women looking for a ride and your in

Looks like good quality work, but I can't think of anything good to say about the colours. The FD seats look right at home.

However, you should fix those broken headlights. It's not safe to drive like that.

Wow, I really am impressed with your seats. Did you have to make the back seat yourself or is it a stock seat from a 2+2 Rex? I know I'm beating a dead horse here but I'm not a fan of the red and tan. I think just tan would look nicer but whatever floats your boat. It is your car after all. Kinda curious about the top as well. I have no experence with 'verts so I was curious if it would still fold. Nice job.

Cool

Thanks for all the compliments guys. This interior was done by a big Rotor fan out in Queens NY who went all out for me. I paid $0 because I was sponsored by my team. Teaminvader.net because my car is going to be featured in a Magazine call RIXtuner in March. Also my car was taken last Saturday for a photoshoot to present pictures to possible big Sponsors so thats why I had to go with a more custom look. Before the car was just tan inside but I am going against newer cars so my car has to stand out for sponsors to notice and take an interest. Know what I mean? Anyway the top is only functional as for the convertible part but as manual. When the top goes down the rear seat folds down and the top lays on like a factory make. The rear seat is an original 2+2 from a coupe but if you notice closely I raised the butt part of the seat about 2 inches. I have 2 kids and soon I will take pics of them back there and you will see how functional these seats are in the Vert. Back to the colors these colors look much better in person. The camera I used lighten the tone of the colors but in person everybody tells me the colors are a perfect match to the exterior of the car. As far as the exterior goes I will get the professional shots they took of my car soon. I swapped the convertible tails for the Coupe rounds and it looks great. Also the Bomex bodykit was a bitch to install because that kit was intended for only S5 models but I love challenges so I went for it. P.S. the headlights were adjusted downward to give it a more sleepyeye look to it that drifters are doing nowadays. I'll get tired of that look and bring them back up again.

Nice! Although I wouldn't go with that color combo it looks great.

And yes you can fit small petite girls in the back and small children. I am only about 5' tall and there is just enough room for me in there.

Looks sweet, where ya get the bumper? looks cool but does not meet with the hood.
I love the tan. But with the red it looks like the inside of a stock 1957 chevy .

Yea the back of the car can fit a person or kid up to about 4 and half feet. My older son is 8 years old and he's about 4'4" and can fit perfectly. By the end of this summer he's gonna be to big for the rear seats but that doesn't matter because he can move up and sit in the front. But other than that there is plenty of room back there if you have small children and really want to keep your RX-7 without compromising on safety. And as far as the bumper Adam, it's part of the Bomex body kit which was intended for 89-91 RX-7s. I tried my best to close that gap as much as I could. That gap started out with about a 4 inch gap till we got it to less than an inch. Usually people go with a different bumper when it comes to installing this kit on S4's but I liked it so much that I tried the best I could to keep the complete kit.
