AKT USA is no longer in business. (Long Story) They were the importers of the 5Zigen line (among others). 5Zigen has officially opened a US office. I'm not sure who officially imports it, but I would now think that 5Zigen is the importer for them as well now. (Don't quote me on the last sentence).

i called 5 zigen, they want almost 3k for the fd kit, front bumper, side skirts and rear bumper. take about 2 months to get.

 

3 grand that is all that it cost. hahahhahaha....well i dont have 3 grand, because i am going single. but it still looks really nice. maybe later

I wont the damn bumper, gimmy the ******* bumper, now dammit now. Does anybody know where to get the bumper?? ings,5zigen,akt,k-mart ect..?? It would be nice to get it for 771 but I really think that impossible, unless add 500 for shipping then 350 for the lights that I will have to buy anyway.

 

1950 is for the regular fiber glass, not the hybird fiber glass

Did anyone contact Jason at JT-Imports to see if he could simply get in contact with INGS and get prices shipped for you? It'd be easier for him to get ahold of them than for someone over here to get ahold of them is my thinking.

Also Jason doesn't seem to be making hardly anything off of his products so I think his shipping rates are fair.

 

Ok, there is some confusion so I will try to explain this as best as I can.

AKT USA used to be the importer for INGS. They were also the importer for the 5Zigen line of products. However, due to some circumstances, they (AKT) are no longer in business.

5Zigen has since decided to open a US office and are now able to bring their products to the US w/o the use of an importer. It is my understanding that since 5Zigen came over, they have also taken up importing the product lines that AKT had.

So, my best guess is that the guys at 5Zigen are the ones to call for the INGS body kit. I'll call them today to verify.

 

5 zigen told me 950 for the front bumper hybird fiberglass. maybe jason can get it cheaper?

Not to burst your bubble, but thats not the C-West hood. Anyways that kit still reminds me a newer version of the C-West kit. Just alittle diffrent, but I like it too, but everything but the bumper could be alittle more diffrent.

 

I'm not sure if I'm not on the ball here but who sells the kit? 5Zigen? Their website doesn't have anything listed for body kits. Excuse my ignorance

The prices include shipping and import tax from Japan. The shipping within US is not included but it should be around $100-150.

I hate to say this but MOST of the time you get what you pay for. I'd trust rotaryextreme's replicas because I've seen them fitted to many other cars but I would never trust "cheap" fiberglass bumpers. Usually you don't get great stuff for little $$. I've seen "cheap" fiberglass bumpers and it looked like whoever made it didn't know what the f*ck they were doing. It seriously looked like they had no idea how to make a bumper, didn't research it at all and just one day decided to start. And besides that "cheap" honda type replica bumpers are usually a pain in the a$s to fit.

Save yourself the trouble and buy the real deal unless you can get a replica from someone reputable in the fiberglass parts biz like rotaryextreme or similar.

 

I think so too but if you want Japanese original parts, that's the price you will have to pay. I can do $1100 for the fiberglass bumper.

All the honda ones are cheap because they are not made in the US. You won't believe how cheap they are. Each one only costs $50 but you do have to get a full container of them, about 500-1000 bumpers. The rx-7 market is too small to do something like that. They are cheap and the quality is cheap too. That's why they always have that "all sales are final and sold as is" on those cheap honda bodykit websites.
