That is the border fender if im not mistaken and you can get them from gothamracing.com or rotaryextreme could get them. If Im wrong someone correct me but those are the border fenders.

I think www.rx7trix.com sells a replica of the Border fenders as well for around $400 IIRC. Not sure of the quality.
