Well the situation is that when I purchased my FD it came with knock off knightsport/re- style mirrors...the thing is the guy that put the car together said they came with no mirrors so he got the mirror cut from a glass shop and attached to these hinges that do absolutely nothing....the other problem is that I cannot go back to stock very easily as he replaced the mirror switch with a starter button...so that has been fitted for the area...so now i'm in a bind cause I can find a decent replacement for a decent cost...

anybody out there help me out

just get the OEM used, dont have to plug them in(not motorized)

 

Is the wire harness still there for the mirror switch (adjuster)? If so, I believe I have an extra switch. I also have a set of Gandor mirrors that I want to sell.

 

I could go OEM but if the motorized functions dont work then how will the mirrors be adjusted and or if they will hold the position?

THe harness is still there but looking at the starter swtich that was intstalled it looks like the guy molded it to it...I dont even know if the access hole is still the same size or not for the controller...

It would be a lot easier to get the knightsport ones or re-amems
