need some help with bose rear speakers

The guy I bought my 7 from had the rear speakers diconnected because he hated bass. I want to reconnect them, but am not sure where someone might disconnect the wiring. I've got a print out of the bose wiring diagram, but it's not helping me much. Does anyone know where someone might disconnect the rear speakers. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Try a search.

I've never actually done it, but I've read that the connector is under the driver's side tube.

There is one connector behind the driver's side bass "tower". If you remove two or three bolts around the tower (under the carpet), you may be able to get underneath far enough to check on that connector. It is on the underside of the bass "snake", just about where the fuel pump access panel is. With those couple nuts/bolts off, you should be able to tip the tower part back and get your hand under there.

why don't you call the previous owner and ask him where he disconnected it at. That seems like the easiest thing to do

its on the driver's side, towards the rear of the unit. I just took mine out, mine sounded like some crap. Im going to get a custom carpet made, with red edging to match the outside. It sohould be sweet. But yeah, jsut start taking the think apart on the drivers side and you will find the plug.
