Need help removing lens from headlight

Need help removing lens from headlight

I am sure this has been posted but i have had no luck with a search.

I need to remove the lens from the headlights. My lenses are pitted and scratched and i have some nice replacements. if you can please let me know what i should do so i dont jack up the headlights. If there is a nice write up somewhere direct me to it if you can. Thanks!

I found there were some clips top and bottom. How ever even after removing these clips the lens would not release. I'm sure you have to do the same thing as with the tail lamps and heat them up to loosen the glue that joins them to the housing. Wish you luck, Jack
