NEED HELP!!!! Air Compressor Shopping

I have always borrowed an air compressor when I need one but now I have my own shop and am looking at getting my own air compressor setup. Aside from your standard air tools I want to be able to paint my own cars.

I have been doing a lot of research and it looks like I need a 60 gallon two stage compressor capable of 15ish CFM at 30/40PSI. I have three options I an looking at

A Quincy Model

An Eastwood Model

Eastwood 80 Gallon Belt Driven 5HP Air Compressor

An Atlas Copco

https://www.aircompressorsdirect.com...or/p63025.html

I have read really good things about Quincy. I have heard good things about Eastwood products but don't know about their compressor, I hear Chicago Pneumatic makes them? I also don't know anything about Atlas Copco as I just ran across it today but I like the price, the features, the after cooler, plus it has Viton seals who doesn't love that.

Id like to stay sub $1300 as I am comfortable with the Quincy unit but not knowing anyone who paints seriously/competently I figured Id see what you guy have to say. I hope this is in the right section.

I personally have this brand of air compressor for the same needs and love it.

Hard to beat the price and warranty as well.
