My weekend project (wheels/brakes)
Sorry for the pics, I left my DSLR at home while I was up at my parents house this weekend, so I only got iphone pics. Plus it was raining most of the time. Will have better pics soon.
Well I have only had my FD for 2 weeks now. Finally got a little bit of time to mess around with it, so I thought I'd help it out in the looks department. Started out by refreshing my front brake calipers. (only have pics of the passenger side right now)
Then I was like what the heck, I'll take the wheels of my 91 z32 since it'll still be a while before it's ready and rock em on the FD for now Specs are Racing Hart c2 3-piece 18x10 +50 rear and 18x8.5 +39 front. The rears are SUPER close to rubbing the sway bar endlinks and one of the lower arms (I'm talking like 1mm-2mm clearance), so I will probably do a 5mm spacer just to be safe even though I drove 70 miles back home with no issues. Fronts fit great and clear the calipers easy. Have very slight rubbing on a dipped and wheels cut hard kind of turn. Nothing a fender roll won't take car of since the fenders are untouched right now. Again, will get better pics soon.
