There are huge differences then, cause over here there is no 5 speed, just 6-speed! My shiftknob is a 6-speed one.....hmmmm weird. So over there you guys have 5-speed RX-8's but over in US we have 6 speed ones.

 

yeah, we have both 5 speed manual (lower powered) and 6 speed manual (high powered), but no automatic !

 

whoa, his group buy price is $221 !!! I think we could almost do better on our own. I'll look around and see what I find, but that is WAY too high what is normally a $50 piece ($12 on a honda).


EDIT, I've contacted 12 different dealerships in both England and Japan. I'll just wait to hear something back from them about bulk pricing. Hope this helps.

Normal price on it from Mazda (the one that lights) is 24,500 yen, without tax in Japan where its made.

BULK PRICING hummm doesnt matter if you ask for a QUOTE on 10 shift *****, you have to use your brain on this one. EVERYONE knows 10 shift ***** to the same address is cheaper then 10 which each 1 shipped to each address.

Also 24,500 plus 5% for tax. Divided by 103 since thats your best rate threw PAYPAL now. Shipping for it from Japan is approx $40-50. So you do the math.....

$221 is a great deal I think..... Not to mention it already sold a few at normal price.

I heard the UK is cheap, but I have yet to see any proof. I had some people e-mailing me and saying the UK was cheaper and asked if I could beat (THE PRICE) and I said NOPE, but they didnt buy it from the UK lets just say after the facts came in.

I dont know if the coversion was bunk or what..... If it is in the UK, im connected with quite a few shops and I know they would be more then will to do a GB from there, IF it was cheaper.

you dont have to plug it in, just whip your centre console up and undo the plastic plug, or just dont turn your lights on
